Immersion Depth

Think of our pumps as a straw in a glass of water; just as you can't drink if the straw is too high above the water, the pump has a minimum depth it can draw water from. If the water level drops below this point, the pump may suck in air, causing damage.

Delivery Height

The delivery height is the maximum vertical distance, usually measured in feet or meters, that the pump can lift the water while still maintaining a reasonable flow rate.
