Ryobi customer service is second to none.
The customer service recently experienced by my husband and I from Ryobi was second to none. An awkward predicament during this awful and isolated time (caused by a tool breaking down) was rescued, as was the job we were endeavouring to do, by the help of 'David' who was very friendly, professional and tried to do his very best for us at a time when he was snowed under and most likely on his own - while we are self-isolating and not able to leave the house. My husband is a fan of Ryobi anyway (and has quite a collection). He's an even bigger fan now. Thanks to David for taking the time out and to Ryobi from our house!
