Excellent products, customer service could improve
After reading the reviews on here, I was regretting buying a tool from Ryobi. I bought a patio cleaner machine and they accidentally sent two chargers and no battery, and I needed to ring them to sort it out. The callcentre takes AGES to get through to, and after hearing these horror stories of people getting no replies I started to panic. However, they were excellent and gave me an email address to send photos of the error, which I did. The battery was sent out within a couple of days and today, I finally got to use it.
What a fantastic tool. I wish I’d known about this years ago. I rent a house with an enormous flagged yard, and this tool just ripped out the weeds like they were nowt. It honestly far surpassed my expectations. So, while there may be delays or problems when trying to rectify an issue, the actual products are very good for the price. I don’t regret a single penny I spent on this device.
