Impossible warranty registration
I don’t have a problem with the products. I have purchased 4 or 5 over the last 18 months and I love them. What I don’t like is the after sales stuff. For each item I’ve previously bought, I’ve spent hours trying trying to register them for the 3 year warranty. The first item I bought 18 months ago I had to seek help and the person I contacted actually registered the products (there were 3) for me. The second item I managed to do it myself but the two most recent items (each with multiple items to register inc batteries and chargers) I’ve just given up on. They seem to make it so hard to do. Not happy about that. Great products but rubbish aftercare.
