Very easy ordering process and the Ryobi pole saw was delivered within two days from order! This long reach pole saw was pretty efficient and cut through much thicker branches than advertised if you can cut from above and below. I took down 5 x 40 year old conifers that were pretty meaty and about 80% hung over the neighbour's property. No problem with a 3m reach. Operating issues were minor. Keep your eye on the chain oil level. It's quite heavy but you get used to it. I would have liked the head (saw) to be able to tilt instead of being fixed. Shame it isn't inter changeable with other Ryobi products, but I don't regret for one minute buying it. Recommended.
