Its customer care that matters
I originally purchased the Lawn Edger. When I used it first time the main wheel and height adjuster fell off. Rather disappointing to say the least as I have quite a few Ryobi One tools and this is the first one not to have arrived in perfect condition. However I think you can judge a company on how it deals with issues with its equipment. I contacted Ryobi by e mail with details of the issue and provided photo's to show the problems. I received a reply by return and within 24 hours arrangements had been made for the broken Edger to be collected. And 48 hours later a replacement which is in perfect condition arrived. Once in a while something we all buy isn't right and we are quite cross. But when the supplier accepts responsibility without question you know you are dealing with a good organisation and the issue is quickly forgotten and in fact they go up in your estimation. My little blip only makes me more confident in buying more Ryobi One tools.
