I love the ability to use the same type…
I love the ability to use the same type of batteries across the range of tools. The vast majority of their tools are great. There are some issues with the reliability of some things (ie, the lawnmower stopped working just out of warranty and my new chain saw’s chain lasted for 10 cuts on apple wood before it was too blunt. As this is classed as “wear & tear” it’s not covered, but I don’t feel the chain was of merchantable quality. I’ve also got a hand pruning saw which is wonderful- and the current chain is on its 30th cut and still going strong. Other problem is that the batteries don’t always work after a couple of years. At the price they are, I don’t think it’s particularly good value.
