Useful tool with some reservations …
Useful tool for getting smallish weeds out. Didn't work so well on larger clumps of grass. Whilst it removes small weeds you need to be careful with the pointing or sand between paving slabs as I found it also caused some damage here. Overall a handy tool.

Ordering was easy, registration difficult
Ordering was easy, delivery quick and tools look to be excellent. BUT registration for the extended guarantee is a nightmare; need to set up a separate password, and enter details of every item individually - ie every tool, charger, battery etc in exhaustive detail - and then store separate registration for every item. Two kits - 4 tools, 3 batteries, 2 chargers = 9 registrations. Took me 2 hours!
