2022 Easter Crafting Giveaway Terms & Conditions:

1. 1. The Ryobi Giveaway Promotion(“ Promotion”) is promoted by Techtronic Industries EMEA Ltd (“Promoter”) whose registered office is at Suite A, Second Floor, Marlow International, Parkway, Marlow, SL7 1YL.

3. 2. This Promotion is open to all UK residents over the age of 18 years at the date of entry.

5. 3. Employees, officers and directors of the Promoter and its affiliated companies or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the Promotion or helping to set up the Promotion shall not be permitted to enter the Promotion.

7. 4. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that they are entitled to participate and proof of eligibility may be required and prizes withheld until Promoter is fully satisfied the above criteria are met.

9. 5. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Promotion; however internet connection and mobile data rates may apply to the entrant. The cost of accessing the Promotion website will be dependent on the entrant’s individual internet service provider and shall be the responsibility of the entrant only. The Promoter holds no liability towards entrant costs.

11. 6. By entering this Promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Entrants of the Promotion will be subject to the terms of use of the Ryobi website [https://uk.ryobitools.eu/] and Instagram [https://help.instagram.com/581066165581870]. Entrant personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy available at: http://uk.ryobitools.eu/footer-links/privacy-policy as well as any additional entrance instructions that may be posted on the Promoter's website.

13. 7. For the avoidance of doubt, any entry made in relation to the Promotion as set out at Clause 9 will be deemed to have given consent for the Promotor to process all personal data as defined under Art.4 (1) General Data Protection Regulation 2016/ 679.

8. 8. The Promotion starts from 10:00am GMT on 04/04/2022 and ends at 23:59pm GMT on 18/04/2022 (the “Promotion Period”).

13. 10. How to enter the Promotion
    1.     10.1 To enter the Competition, entrants must upload a minimum of 1 photograph of their “Easter Craft Project” to Instagram and tag @ryobitoolsuk. The project must have been created by the person submitting the entry.

18. 12. The entries for the promotion can be submitted between 10:00am GMT on 04/04/2022 and 11:59pm GMT on 18/04/2022.

19. 13. The winner will be chosen at random using a computer-generated selection by the Promoter from all valid and correct entries.

20. The winner will be announced between 10:00am GMT – 17:00pm GMT on the 19/04/2022.

22. 14. The winner will be notified via Instagram direct messenger with the username used to comment on the post, where the Promoter will request a UK delivery address for sending the prize.

If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within five (5) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner. The Promoter shall have no liability for winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail or other security settings or for winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.

22. 16. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups, syndicates or the like will not be accepted. We will not accept cheating in any form including the use of macros or other automated means of entry, masking of identity by manipulating IP addresses, using any false identity or any other behaviour that falls outside the spirit of the promotion (to be determined at our absolute discretion) . Any entrant found to be cheating will be excluded.

23. 17. Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received, deleted, altered or that are invalid, regardless of the reason.

24. 18. Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Promotion and no cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of similar characteristics without giving notice.

25. 19. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.

26. 20. Any and all copyrights in the submissions will remain with the entrant. However, by entering this Promotion, the entrant grants Promoter and its related entities an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to reproduce, publish, post, broadcast, display, adapt and modify the entry in any media within the UK for any purpose and without additional notification, compensation or approval from the entrant or any other party. Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion and these terms and conditions without notice at any time. Any changes to the Promotion will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Promoter.

27. 21. The Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.

28. 22. By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to a complete release of Instagram from any or all liability in connection with this Promotion. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram.

If any provision of these terms and conditions are held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.

Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or affiliates will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
