2019 My Ryobi Project Prize Draw Terms & Conditions

1. The My Ryobi Project Prize Draw (“Promotion”) is promoted by Techtronic Industries (UK) Ltd (“Promoter”) whose registered office is at Unit 3, Globeside Business Park, Fieldhouse Ln, Marlow, Buckinghamshire SL7 1HZ.
2. This Promotion is open to any UK resident over the age of 18 years at the date of entry and is limited to one entry per person for the entire Promotion Period.
3. Employees, officers and directors of Techtronic Industries (UK) Ltd and its affiliated companies or their family members or anyone else connected in any way with the Promotion or helping to set up the Promotion shall not be permitted to enter the Promotion.
4. Entrants are responsible for ensuring that they are entitled to participate and proof of eligibility may be required and prizes withheld until Promoter is fully satisfied the above criteria are met.
5. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this Promotion; however internet connection and mobile data rates may apply to the entrant. The cost of accessing the Promotion website will be dependent on the entrant’s individual internet service provider and shall be the responsibility of the entrant only. Promoter holds no liability towards entrant costs.
6. By entering this Promotion, entrants will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions. Entrants of the Promotion will be subject to the terms of use of the Ryobi website and entrant personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy available at:http://uk.ryobitools.eu/footer-links/privacy-policy as well as any additional entrance instructions that may be posted on the Promoter's website.
7. The Promotion begins at 10:00am on 01/11/2019 and ends at 11:00am on 13/11/2019 (the “Promotion Period”).

9. To enter the Promotion, entrants must vote for their favourite ‘DIY Project’ out of the shortlist available at [https://uk.ryobitools.eu/Competition/MyRyobi-Voting-en] between 10:00am on 01/11/2019 and 10:00am on 13/11/2019. All voters will automatically be entered into a prize draw which will take place at the end of the promotion on 14/11/2019.
10. One (1) winner will be chosen at random using a computer-generated selection by the Promoter from all valid and correct entries during the Promotion.
11. The winner will be announced no later than November 18^th  (11:00am GMT) and notified via email with the email address provided upon entry, where the Promoter will request a UK delivery address for sending the prize.
12. There is one (1) prize which will be awarded to the Promotion winner:
    the ONE+ kit (Annex 1).
13. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within fourteen (14) days of notification, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and select a replacement winner.
14. Bulk entries made from trade, consumer groups, syndicates or the like will not be accepted. We will not accept cheating in any form including the use of macros or other automated means of entry, masking of identity by manipulating IP addresses, using any false identity or any other behaviour that falls outside the spirit of the promotion (to be determined at our absolute discretion). Any entrant found to be cheating will be excluded.
15. Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not received, deleted, altered or that are invalid, regardless of the reason.
16. Promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this Promotion and no cash alternative to the prizes will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of similar characteristics without giving notice.
17. The Promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the Promotion will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. Any and all copyrights in the submissions will remain with the entrant. However, by entering this Promotion, the entrant grants Promoter and its related entities an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive license to reproduce, publish, post, broadcast, display, adapt and modify the entry in any media within the UK for any purpose and without additional notification, compensation or approval from the entrant or any other party.
19. Promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the Promotion and these terms and conditions without notice at any time. Any changes to the Promotion will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by Promoter. 
20. The Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
21. By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to a complete release of Facebook from any or all liability in connection with this Promotion. This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Twitter or any other Social Network.
22. If any provision of these terms and conditions are held invalid by any law, rule, order or regulation of any government, or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
23. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or affiliates will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
