Ryobi Buy More Save More Promotion 2025 Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement")

 

1. The PROMOTER

  1. The Ryobi [BUY MORE SAVE MORE] Promotion 2025 ("Promotion") is promoted by Techtronic Industries UK Ltd having its registered address is Suite A, Second Floor Marlow International, Parkway, Marlow, SL7 1YL ("Promoter").
  2. Participating in the Promotion is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions and your participation in the Promotion is subject to the terms of use of the Ryobi website [ https://uk.ryobitools.eu/footer-links-en/terms-of-use/] and the participant’s personal data will be processed in accordance with the Promoter's privacy policy [ http://uk.ryobitools.eu/footer-links/privacy-policy].

2. ELIGIBILITY

  1. This Promotion is open only to UK residents over the age of 18 years at the date of entry in the Promotion. For the avoidance of doubt, this Promotion excludes any participation from Republic of Ireland. Additional delivery geographical restrictions may apply when purchasing from www.Ryobitools.co.uk
  2. Participants are responsible for ensuring that they are entitled to participate and proof of eligibility may be required.
  3. There is no entry fee to enter this Promotion; however, internet connection and mobile data rates may apply to the participant. The cost of accessing the Promotion website will be dependent on the participant’s individual internet service provider and shall be the responsibility of the participant only. Promoter has no liability for any participant’s costs.

3. HOW TO ENTER

3.1 The Promotion begins from Monday 16th June 2025 at 00:01am and ends on 30th June at 11.59pm (GMT) ("Promotion Period").

3.2 Details of the Promotion mechanics can be found via https://uk.ryobitools.eu/Campaigns/BuyMoreSaveMore and/or to the email address provided to the Promoter.   

 

 

  1. This Promotion may not be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion that the Promoter is running on their website, unless otherwise stated. It applies to full price items only.
  2. The participant's order will be delivered to the exact address the participant provides when the order is placed. Deliveries will only be made to addresses in the mainland GB & additional geographical restrictions may apply but you will be notified at checkout upon entering address details – for the avoidance of doubt delivery exclusions include BT, IM, JE, GY, HS, IV4, KA2, KW, PA, PH4, ZE, TR2 postcodes. The participant is responsible for ensuring accurate address and contact details (including phone number) are included in the order. The Promotion will be void and non-applicable where prohibited by law and where it is necessary to do so.
  3. Every effort will be made to deliver the goods as soon as possible after the participant’s order has been accepted and in any event within 30 days of the participant’s order. The participant will receive an email when the order has been processed and dispatched. The Promoter will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you through any unavoidable delay which is beyond our reasonable control, except where due to our negligence. If there is a delay, the Promoter will inform the participant as soon as reasonably possible.
  4. The participant is responsible for ensuring that someone is available at the delivery address to accept delivery of goods. If there is no-one at the delivery address to accept delivery, the participant will be notified of an alternative delivery date or a place to collect the goods.  Depending on the carrier, the participant may be able to organise alternative arrangements directly with the carrier. The participant shall need to ensure they have signed up with the relevant carrier for alternative arrangements (e.g. DPD ‘Predict’, UPS MyChoice).
  5.  Subject to section 3.8, the Promoter’s carrier may attempt delivery up to three times and leave a missed delivery card with the tracking number and date(s) of attempted delivery if no-one is available at the delivery address to take the delivery. If the Promoter’s carrier is unsuccessful with all delivery attempts, the shipment will be returned to the Promoter’s warehouse and a refund will be processed for the sums you have paid for the goods to the payment method used originally, less the delivery charges the Promoter has incurred in attempting to deliver the goods.
  6. The participant will become the owner of the goods ordered and responsible for risk of loss of or damage to them once they have been delivered to the participant.

 

4. DATA PROTECTION

  1. Personal data relating to the participants will be used for the purposes of this Promotion in accordance with the current GDPR legislation and the Promoter’s Privacy Policy found at https://uk.ryobitools.eu/footer-links/privacy-policy/. The Promoter reserves the right to contact all participants to verify their personal data. For the avoidance of doubt, any redemption of the Promotion as set out at Clause 3 will be deemed to have given consent for the Promoter to process all personal data as defined under Art.4 (1) General Data Protection Regulation 2016/ 679.
  2. If participants give their consent to the processing of their personal data for Promoter's marketing purposes, the Promoter reserves the right to contact them regarding various Ryobi product and service promotions or other related communications. Should participants wish not to be contacted, they should write to Promoter at [email protected]. Participants can withdraw consent to such use of personal information by writing to Promoter at the email address set out above or by using the opt-out link at the bottom of the promotional emails.

 

5. GENERAL CONDITIONS

  1. The Promoter shall not be liable for any disruption to the Promotion whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter's control.
  2. The Promoter will not be held responsible or liable for any technical, hardware, software, server, website or other failures or damage of any kind, to the extent that this prevents the participant from or otherwise obstructs the participant to enter in the Promotion. Claims made by fax, telephone or post will not be accepted. Incomplete checkout carts will be deemed void.
  3.  The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify this Promotion and these terms and conditions without notice at any given time. Any changes to the Promotion will be notified to participants as soon as reasonably practicable via the Promoter’s website (uk.ryobitools.eu).
  4. To the extent permitted by law, participants agree to indemnify, release and hold the Promoter harmless from any and all liability whatsoever for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in or in connection with the Promotion, including without limitation, awarding, acceptance, receipt, possession, use and/or misuse of the goods. The above limitation of liability shall not apply to liability arising from fraud (including fraudulent misrepresentation), death or personal injury caused as a result of Promoter's negligence. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  5. If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid by any law or by the final determination of any court of a competent jurisdiction, such invalidity shall not affect the enforceability of any other provisions not held to be invalid.
  6. The Promotion and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
