"A beautiful house for our 10 ducks. The pond is in process too. The house is a miniature version of our own with matching triple chimneys. The duck house includes a drop down ramp for duck access, a covered porch to stop the rain getting onto their bedding, a full guttering system which waters the “conifery” located behind and lastly a inbuilt gravity feeder which can hold 3 big sacks of food. The filling device is neatly hidden behind the duck house name plate which flips down to reveal a food shoot. The main house also features a human sized door for clean out duties and Georgian framed windows to match our house and reclaimed slate tiles for the roof. The build cost was £500 excluding nails, tools required ( ryobi of course!) and man hours. The ducks are slowly paying off their mortgage by selling their eggs to passers by on a handmade egg cart made with all the leftover off cuts from their own building project. It measures over 2 meters high and long and 1.6 m wide. We think it’s the best duck"

"I have a small two storey barn, the first project was to refurbish the building, stonework, new roof and floor. The submitted project is the building of a sauna inside the top floor, which was designed and fitted by me, to take maximum space from the surrounding room. It has an 8Kw heater, two levels of bench, fibre optic lighting and glass door, and has a lot of use from the whole family, built with hand tools and Robin power tools."

"I wanted to create some storage behind my bed. I used a selection of hardwoods. I used my router to biscuit join and flatten them using a DIY router sled. The storage pockets were made of furniture boards. Everything was cut to size using my ryobi circular saw. And sanded using my ryobi orbital sander to a smooth finish. To top it off I custom fitted colour changing led strip lights inside it and used finishing oil on the wood to get an amazing finish. Everything on this project I had to learn so shows anyone else can too!"

"This is a garden gate/door made from European oak. I bought the timber kiln dried and had to saw and plane it to size. You can see my Ryobi sanders on the bench in the first picture"

"We decided to enter our master bathroom renovation as it was the Bain of my life for 4 months. Working full time we only had evenings and weekends to complete it. The photos show the before , during the plumbing phase and the finale. My wife designed it completely herself from scratch and to be fair I thought she was nuts for a long time but everyone who sees it now loves it and so do I. The theme is “Victorian jungle” as my wife puts it anyway. It originally had a false ceiling which was removed to reveal the original vault, all fixtures and their associated plumbing was moved. A separate digital shower, tv, underfloor heating , wall lights, inside shower spot lights and an extra sink were installed. All together we think it’s the best bathroom on the planet and we would have loved to have watched your face when you first saw the before and after because the reactions we’ve had so far say we’ve done a grand job!"

"The design was to provide illumination and a visual focus. Obtained a section of oak tree trunk and a large oak sleeper, ripped the sleeper down with my Ryobi power saw, routed adjacent diagonal channels up front and back with Ryobi Palm router. Inset LED lights then filled with tinted polyester resin. wired voice control switching in base and finished with Ryobi belt and palm sanders."

"Adding a two level decking platform over a dead space in my back garden. My ever expanding ryobi tool collection came in extremely helpful.
The drills and drivers were amazing to use, and my battery circular saw helped me to cut the decking boards to length after I’d fitted them."
